🔄 Refund Policy — CamCay Creations

At CamCay Creations, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom‑made, we want to be clear and transparent about how refunds and returns work.

1. All Sales on Custom Items Are Final

Custom products include:

  • Custom T‑shirts

  • Embroidery orders

  • DTF transfers

  • Gang sheets

  • Any item with uploaded artwork or personalized details

Because these items are created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

2. Non‑Custom Items

For non‑custom apparel or accessories:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Order Errors or Damaged Items

If we make a mistake, we fix it — no stress.

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print or embroidery is incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at support@camcaycreations.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

We will respond within 24 hours.

4. Artwork & Upload Issues

Please ensure your uploaded artwork is:

  • High‑resolution

  • Correct size

  • Correct colors

  • Final version

We are not responsible for:

  • Low‑quality uploads

  • Misspelled text in your artwork

  • Incorrect file submissions

If the file is unusable, we will contact you before production.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a claim.
