  • You understand that custom items are final sale

We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is:

  • Copyrighted without permission

  • Offensive or inappropriate

  • Low‑quality or unusable

If your file is not suitable for production, we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payment is required at checkout and is processed securely through trusted third‑party providers.

We do not store your full payment information.

5. Order Processing & Turnaround

Processing times vary by product type:

  • Printed apparel: 3–7 business days

  • Embroidery: 5–10 business days

  • DTF transfers: 1–3 business days

  • Non‑custom items: 2–4 business days

Processing time begins once payment is received and artwork is approved (if required).

6. Shipping

Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

7. Returns & Refunds

Custom items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.

Non‑custom items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

If we make an error or your item arrives damaged, we will replace or refund it.
