We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CamCay Creations. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
