Thank you for shopping with CamCay Creations. We work hard to deliver your custom apparel and accessories quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Processing Times

Processing time depends on the type of product ordered:

Custom T‑Shirts & Printed Apparel

Processing time: 3–7 business days

Embroidery Orders

Processing time: 5–10 business days
(Embroidery requires digitizing and stitch setup.)

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Non‑Custom Items

Processing time: 2–4 business days

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering if you need a rush turnaround.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Please note: Delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

4. Local Delivery (Jacksonville, FL)

Local delivery may be available for select orders within Jacksonville, FL.

If available, you will see the option at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

CamCay Creations is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 2 hours of ordering.
After that window, we cannot guarantee changes.

8. International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices.
